About the role:

We are looking for a 360° French speaking – Recruitment consultant / Senior recruitment consultant with a great experience in a fast-paced recruitment role to join our Quantitative Finance team and work alongside some of our top billing consultants.

We need an ambitious individual who will contribute to developing this niche market for France/Luxembourg by working as an expert: you will guide both your candidates and clients through the hiring experience from start to finish, grow your network to develop new and existing clients. As a (future) senior consultant, you need to also have a taste for mentoring as well as having outstanding results and excellent relationship management.

You will be provided with the necessary support in order to ensure the future proofing of this high growth area of our business.

About you:

A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment, business development
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Dynamism, resiliency, tenacity and is able to assimilate complex notions
Great leadership and excellent communication skills
Fluency in English and French
Intrapreneur mindset, team spirit
