About the role:

As part of our expansion, our priority is to build a solid foundation of managers. We are hiring the next Manager for our actuarial (insurance) team. You will oversee our flagship market, manage experienced and senior consultants, guide their activities, and grow your own portfolio of clients and candidates.

We are looking for a results-driven and determined individual capable of further developing this market in France and Luxembourg.

As a specialist, you will support candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, while expanding your network to forge new business relationships and strengthen existing ones.

As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating team activities. You will lead by example, demonstrate expertise in managing recruitment processes and business development, and excel in client and candidate relationship management.

Profile Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a 360° role
  • Proven success in team management, including mentoring senior/experienced consultants
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Dynamic, resilient, and unifying, with the ability to grasp complex concepts
  • Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented approach
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to our environment and recruitment techniques

Recruitment Process:

  • Step 1: Phone and video interview with our Talent Acquisition team – 1 hour
  • Step 2: Interview with our Director – 2 to 3 hours
  • Final Stage: Interview with two senior team members – 1 hour
