After studying business and working in the wine and spirits industry for 6 years (including 3 in Northern Ireland), Joris has decided to change careers and join Emérique & Partners, as a recruitment expert in quantitative finance.

This is when the journey in the heart of recruitment began for him, in the City of London. He starts as an Associate Consultant and aims to help candidates and clients achieve their goals. He believes that a company should have the right person at the right time, in the right place.

Calm, trustworthy and conscientious, Joris is constantly determined to succeed in his assignments.

Outside of his professional life, he is passionate about history, other cultures and sports, especially football and Mixed Martial Arts.
