Eléa joined Emérique & Partners to support the continued growth of our thriving Audit, Risk & Compliance division.

She brings with her experience in headhunting for executive and senior-level roles, acquired while working in a London-based recruitment firm.

Her career path has been marked by a variety of roles, including a pivotal position as Community Manager for a startup. This experience allowed her to develop a broad skill set spanning entrepreneurship, client relationship management, and talent acquisition.

Eléa thrives in fast-paced, stimulating environments where she can take on new challenges. She describes herself as versatile and personable, with a strong ability to build meaningful connections—an asset in both collaborative and client-facing settings.

She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Brand Management from a business school, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Paris.
