First up, we are thrilled to welcome Maxence Cherier – joining the E&P team as a Recruitment Researcher in Quantitative Finance & Risk Management.
Maxence leverages his expertise in advising and communication to guide candidates in their job search. His unmatched approach ensures active and empathetic listening, allowing him to go above and beyond to deliver the best results that exceed his candidates’ expectations!

💭 What attracted you to Emérique & Partners?
The opportunity to develop in a company with growing desires. Also, the company’s values match everything I was seeking – professionalism, seriousness, equality, resilience and honesty.
💡Why is your specialist sector interesting to you?
The quantitative finance and risk management sector is constantly evolving and it’s a motivating challenge on a daily basis. We have the opportunity to talk with interesting people and learn more about the financial service sector.
📚 What are you reading right now?
I’ve been reading quite a lot recently, especially when commuting to and from work. I am currently reading a series about the survival of the human species which is set in space – the first book in the series is called “The Collapsing Empire”.
🌅 What is your favourite way to start the day?
After a nice coffee, I enjoy listening to music.
Next up, and joining us as a Recruitment Researcher in the Actuarial market, we have Skadi Kramps.
Skadi joined the company to take on the challenge of contributing to the development of the DACH market (Germany and Switzerland). Her wealth of experience in market research is extremely valuable in helping our company gather essential insights to inform the market on current trends!
As such, Skadi will play a vital role in assisting the growth of our DACH division.

German, English, and a little Spanish.
🪂 Do you have any interesting hobbies?
I enjoy skydiving and caving.
🍽 Who is your ultimate dinner party guest?
I would probably pick my grandma – she passed away when I was a baby and it would be cool to get to know her.
🐕 Do you have any pets?
I have two dogs back in Germany, their names are Avanti and Juna.
Last but certainly not least, we have Ata Tan who joined the E&P team as an Associate Consultant.
Ata will also be working as part of the development of the DACH market with a focus on the Actuarial and Risk markets in the insurance, reinsurance, brokerage, and consulting spaces.
His dedication and integrity allow him to consistently provide a high-quality service for both candidates and clients alike!
