Emérique is an award-winning entrepreneur with over 15 years of expertise in the headhunting of niche profiles; 

Her rich pan-European experience has enabled her to build a solid network of professionals in the banking, asset management and insurance industries, in particular with actuaries, quantitative analysts, audit, risk and compliance experts. 

Her network, mainly based in France, extends to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, North America and Africa, where America has been entrusted with international recruitment projects.

Having accumulated numerous recognitions and promotions linked to her performance during her career, she took up the challenge of successively setting up the insurance divisions of a major player in international banking recruitment, for its French and British subsidiaries, by setting up teams of specialized consultants. Following this experience as a Consultant and then Principal, she was recruited as a Manager and then promoted to Associate Director to establish from scratch the French activities of a leader in international headhunting dedicated to the banking and insurance industries.

On the strength of these diversified experiences which have enabled her to build a rich network, her passion for establishing long-term relationships and her determination to bring a consultative, natural and dynamic touch, Emérique decided to create her hunting firm Emérique & Partners in 2017.

In 2022, Emérique was named in the Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 Women in Staffing List!

In 2024, she won the ‘Highly commended, Entrepreneur to Watch’ distinction from the Recruiter Award.

That same year, she was a finalist in the SME national business awards in the ‘business woman of the year’ category in the United Kingdom. 

Under her management, Emerique & Partners won the award for Financial Services Recruitment Agency of the year at the British Recruitment Awards in 2024.

Emérique graduated with a Master 2 in international trade from Lyon and the University of Birmingham and is passionate about foreign languages, reading and indoor sports.
