We are delighted to introduce the newest member of the Emérique and Partners team Salomé Le Crom!
Salomé has joined the team as a Principal Consultant, within our Actuarial Science recruitment niche, covering the French and Luxembourg markets.
Alongside her studies and after obtaining her diploma in Sociology, Salomé held various managerial positions within retail. However, with her communication skills and her natural penchant for human relations, it was in 2019 that she moved towards the Recruitment industry.
She has been trained by large firms and has experienced great development within them, thanks to her performance and her ability to create solid relationships with her clients and candidates.
In 2023, Salomé made the move to London and we’re thrilled that this move has coincided with her joining the Emérique & Partners.

I can speak both French and English
⚡ Do you have any interesting hobbies or talents?
I enjoy buying second-hand clothes/objects, taking long walks, reading and drawing.

For me, the biggest draws are the strong values of the company, and the ambitious trajectory it is undertaking with expansion.
💭Why is your specialist sector interesting to you?
Actuarial science is interesting to me as it is niche market that requires in-depth business expertise.
📖 What are you reading right now?
I have just finished Madame Bovary by Gustav Flaubert, and I am currently reading The Origins of the Israeli-Arab Conflict (1870-1950) by the historian Georges Bensoussan and Great Expectations by Charles Dickens.
☕ What’s your favourite way to start your day?
I love to start my day by having a coffee, alone in peace.
