Today we are delighted to announce our 2nd award: the prestigious Financial Services Recruitment Agency of the Year Awards at the 2024 British Recruitment Awards! This award recognises our commitment to excellence, innovation and expertise in recruitment for the financial services sector.

With over 300 entries from all over the UK, the competition was fierce. The British Recruitment Awards, organised by New Possible, recognise companies that excel in recruitment, focusing on quality of service, innovation and ethics.

My story
I started Emérique & Partners on my own.
8 years later:
- From 1 person, we have grown to 16,
- From 1 geographical area, we’ve grown to 3,
- From 1 single ‘recruitment’ service, we’ve moved to a consultancy of experts.
For over 15 years, I have collaborated with leading financial institutions and insurance firms. As market leaders in France, we are entering a phase of acceleration, with ambitious projects planned over the next three years. Our goal is to solidify our presence in France while expanding primarily into Germany and Luxembourg to strengthen our position across Europe.
