First of all, and something the entire team agrees on, is that the new MVP is the perfect example of someone who is resilient and do not take “no” for an answer.
Our new MVP has been canvassing continuously since he moved to the contract desk and we can see that all the hard work is starting to pay off !
His pitch on the contract market is great and he always finds great candidates to match his potential leads.
He also continuously feeds his perm colleagues with valuable leads – thanks to those who reciprocate 😉
Also, he is a great mentor for his team member and people around him, always ready to help and give advice.
One of the most difficult thing is to develop a business from scratch and we think he is the perfect match to do so 😊 We know it’s a rollercoaster but the results will be so rewarding.
On top of that, he embodies the values of E&P : team work, intrapreneurial, resilience, and work ethic.
