About the role:

We are looking for the initiator of our DACH operations (Germany, Switzerland); an ambitious individual who will develop a market from scratch and eventually grow a team around them. You will work alongside an associate consultant and will be provided with the necessary support in order to ensure the future proofing of this high growth area of our business.

As a senior consultant, you need to also have a taste for mentoring as well as having outstanding results and excellent relationship management.

About you:

A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment, business development
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Dynamism, resiliency, tenacity and is able to assimilate complex notions
Great leadership and excellent communication skills
Fluency in German and English
Intrapreneur mindset, team spirit
