Skadi joined Emérique & Partners in July 2023 as a Recruitment Researcher in the actuarial market.

After studying languages, she worked in retail in Germany before deciding to change fields and relocate to the UK.

She joined the company to take on the challenge of contributing to the development of the DACH market (Germany and Switzerland). Skadi brings a wealth of experience in market research which, beyond the role of pure candidate identification, is extremely valuable in helping our company gather essential insights; this allows us to go beyond the role of headhunter and helps us inform the market on current trends.

Outside of her professional life she is passionate about skydiving, cave exploration and travelling.
