Malvina joined Emérique & Partners in July 2023 as part of the company’s development of the Contract team. She is a dedicated professional with 8 years of cross-functional expertise in IT and finance, complemented by a Master’s degree in Business and Marketing. 

She specializes in facilitating seamless talent acquisition for a diverse clientele, including startups and established banks, through contract placements. Her sociable nature, combined with her keen understanding of industry intricacies and market dynamics allows her to identify and connect top-tier candidates who make a great match for her clients. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, she is an avid writer and music enthusiast, finding solace in crafting words and immersing herself in the melodies of jazz during evenings filled with good wine and live performances.
