Justine has several years of experience in the field of recruitment and headhunting. Her expertise is strictly banking and insurance oriented, on the profiles: Actuaries, Quantitative Analysts and Risk Managers.

With her expertise in the recruitment of specialized profiles in the banking sector in Sell-side and Buy-side, she heads up the banking division within Emérique & Partners.

Justine is an invested, reliable, proactive and authentic person towards the professionals with whom she works. Her taste for human relations has enabled her to develop a large network mainly based on the French market but also extending to the British, Swiss, Belgian and Luxembourg markets. 

Justine holds an MSc in Business Management in Lyon and Northumbria University (Newcastle) and is passionate about discovering new cultures, through numerous intercontinental trips.
