We are therefore seeking experienced professionals to strengthen this division, which is central to our growth strategy.
We are hiring experienced 360° Freelance Recruitment Consultants (French-speaking) to join our London-based team.
You will be working on the French and Luxembourg markets, with a strong focus on freelance recruitment within banking, insurance, and asset management environments.
Manage the full freelance recruitment cycle: mission identification, candidate sourcing, qualification, contract negotiation, and placement finalization
Oversee the administrative and contractual follow-up of assignments (invoicing, renewals, compliance)
Develop and maintain a portfolio of active clients in the financial services sector
Advise clients on their agile staffing strategies (projects, transformation, mission-based work)
Support and guide freelance consultants throughout their assignments
This role offers you the opportunity to play a key part in the growth of a fast-expanding external staffing desk, with personalized support to help you build and manage your own portfolio.

Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in freelance/contract recruitment, temp staffing, or as a business introducer
Solid understanding of contractual specifics (day rate negotiation, timesheet management, invoicing, renewals, etc.)
Strong relationship-building skills with clients
Excellent listening skills, administrative rigor, and commercial acumen
Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Fluent French is essential; good level of English required
