About the Role 

We are looking for a Senior 360° Recruitment Consultant or Associate Principal (French-speaking / experienced in fast-paced recruitment environments) to join our Quantitative Finance team, working alongside one of our top-performing consultants. 

You’ll play a key role in developing this niche market for France & Luxembourg, acting as a true subject-matter expert. 
You will guide your candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, grow your network to win new businesses, and strengthen existing client relationships. 

As a Senior Consultant, you will be expected to combine strong relationship management with exceptional delivery and commercial results while showing an appetite for mentorship and collaboration. 

You’ll receive the support and autonomy needed to sustain and grow this high-potential division.

About You 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment and business development 
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills 
  • Dynamic, resilient, and tenacious, with the ability to grasp complex concepts 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills 
  • Confident in managing full recruitment processes end-to-end 
  • Fluent in French and English 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong team player

Recruitment Process 

Step 1: Pre-screening call (30 min) followed by a video interview with our Talent Acquisition team (1 hour) 

Step 2: Interview with our Director (in person in London or via video) – approx. 2 hours 

Step 3: Final interview with a Leader and a Senior Consultant (1 hour)
