About the Role 

As part of a strategic scaling phase, we are hiring the next Manager to lead our Actuarial (Insurance) division. 
You will oversee our flagship market, manage a team of experienced and senior consultants, drive performance, and continue to generate your own placements. 

We are looking for a results-driven and motivated individual capable of expanding the France and Luxembourg market further. 

As Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating the team’s activities, demonstrating strong leadership, recruitment expertise, and commercial acumen ; all while maintaining trusted relationships with clients and candidates. 

This is the right time to join us, contribute directly to the firm’s success, and potentially benefit from stock option access. 

Your progression will depend entirely on your performance and your ability to embody our culture ; both as a team leader and as a 360° consultant. 

 

Profile Sought 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a 360° recruitment role 
  • Proven success managing a team, including senior or experienced consultants 
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills 
  • Dynamic, resilient, and inspiring, with the ability to understand complex markets 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills 
  • Fluent in French and English 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong team spirit 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to our culture and recruitment methods

Recruitment Process 

Step 1: Introductory phone/video interview with our Talent Acquisition team – 1 hour 

Step 2: In-depth interview with our Director – 2 to 3 hours 

Final Step: Interview with two senior team members – 1 hour
