We are recruiting a Business Developer who will play a key role in our growth strategy.
In the first phase, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships across both permanent recruitment and external staffing services. Your main missions will include (non-exhaustive list):
Co-developing the firm’s commercial strategy
Negotiating framework agreements and managing tenders
Monitoring and optimizing existing client accounts
Developing and retaining a portfolio of strategic clients
Traveling to Paris and Luxembourg
Providing functional management for consultants
In the second phase (after 12 to 18 months depending on performance), the role will evolve toward a broader position combining Business Development and operational management of the firm alongside the Executive Team.
You will be involved in:
Managing and optimizing internal processes
Performance monitoring and reporting
Supporting teams and ensuring interdepartmental coordination
Administrative and financial management
Strategic planning and key decision-making
Managing relationships with external stakeholders (Finance, HR, Marketing, Accounting, IT, etc.)

Proven experience in business development within recruitment, consulting, or premium B2B services
Strong client focus, excellent interpersonal intelligence, and organizational skills
Entrepreneurial mindset — eager to build, innovate, and grow
Rigor, critical thinking, and reliability
Managerial experience
Full professional proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken
An excellent reputation in the market and strong partnerships with major players in banking, insurance, and asset management
A key role within a fast-growing firm
