Our start-up firm, located in the heart of the City and specializing in the financial markets (banking and insurance), is very successful – our results, which exceed our estimates, are pushing us to grow further. We are looking for an experienced, serious and result-oriented recruiter to actively participate in the growth of our firm.

You will join a human-sized team with great ambitions for growth in France and abroad, offering great prospects for development to its consultants involved and demonstrating a real desire to succeed. The first being often the best served, now is the best time to join us.

TECHNICAL: Your role will vary depending on your seniority/experience, but broadly, here is the main role of a consultant with us:

• Develop your client portfolio
• Negotiate new contracts with new customers
• Retain existing clients and candidates
• Identify and hunt professionals with the aim of placing them
• Accompany them throughout the recruitment process
• Negotiate their compensation with clients
• Maintain and develop our database
