She specialises in high-impact recruitment at expert, manager and C-Suite roles accross insurance and reinsurance. Her pragmatic mindset, ambition and deep engagement allow her to deliver tailored, efficient and lasting solutions to clients.

Stéphanie has built strong, trust-based relationships with professionals across France, Europe and Africa, and is recognised for her ability to lead projects with both clarity and conviction.

She holds dual master’s degrees in Business Management and Corporate Communication, and speaks French, English and Portuguese.
