Your Role
Shape the governance landscape by applying your expertise in underwriting, portfolio management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead initiatives related to underwriting policies, compliance processes, and product strategies.
– Create, update, and manage policy documents while serving as the primary point of contact for policies.
– Monitor and optimize processes, including rollouts and global workflow improvements.
– Contribute expertise to enhance governance, underwriting excellence, and profitability.
– Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align strategies and ensure smooth communication.
– Further develop portfolio management with KPI monitoring and internal control system management to reduce process risks.
– Promote and support global knowledge sharing across all insurance segments.
Your Profile
– At least 5 years of experience in life or health insurance.
– Solid knowledge of the insurance industry, ideally in an international context.
– Strong analytical thinking with great attention to detail.
– Experience in working with policies, critically assessing inputs, and refining processes.
– Fluent in English; German is an advantage – other languages are welcome.
