Project Lead – Pricing/Data Science – Health Insurance – Bavaria (English Speaking)

Our client is looking for someone with leadership experience and strong analytical skills to oversee their Data Science/Pricing Team. As the Project Lead, you will drive innovation and enhancement of pricing models, analyze country-specific pricing needs, and identify risk factors.

Your main tasks:

-Build the modern tools for Health Insurance pricing models

-Oversee the team

-Innovate and enhance pricing models

-Analyse data and identify risk

-Analyse pricing needs of various countries

-Sprint Planning

Requirements:

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in actuarial health or P&C

-Experience in Pricing

-At least 2 years of experience in Project or Team Management

-Extensive knowledge of coding in R; familiarity with Python is highly desirable.

-Fluency in English
