Firstly, she participates in the development of a new market.
She is always focus on their job and is always busy in different meetings.
She develops a market from scratch, which requires a lot of work, resilience and skills :
– adding names in the database constantly
– finding contact details
– making a lot of calls to understand the market;
– Making E&P known on a market where we have no history
– Having to deal with a very secretive population who does not want to give info easily …
And she is doing it alone… amazing ! I know the level of resilience it takes.
She brought in new clients Allianz Digital Health and FWU.
She consolidated Ergo & MunichRe
She made 2 deals worth 35K euros each
On top of that, she embodes the values of E&P : resilience, work ethic, high standards, intrapreneurial…
I’m sure she’ll have a very successful career, and will be a pillar of the company in the years to come.
