Before the summer break, we celebrated one of our favorite traditions: our annual Summer Do. ☀️
A day dedicated to team spirit, meaningful connections, and shared moments—an opportunity to celebrate everything we’ve accomplished together before heading off for the summer holidays.
1. Creating before indulging at Pizza Pilgrims. 🍕
Our day kicked off at Pizza Pilgrims with a hands-on workshop that was as fun as it was delicious.
The mission? Get our hands dirty—quite literally. 🍕
After learning the art of pizza making and crafting our own creations from scratch, everyone had the chance to unleash their creativity before enjoying the results together over a relaxed team lunch.
Beyond the culinary experience, the workshop was a great reminder of something we experience every day at work: the best outcomes come from collaboration, where everyone brings their own unique ingredient to the table.
2. The joy of sharing a simple moment.
In our day-to-day work—filled with client conversations, candidate interviews, and strategic projects—taking time to pause is invaluable.
These moments give us the opportunity to connect beyond our day-to-day roles, get to know one another better, and strengthen the relationships that make our team what it is.

The afternoon continued at Fairgame City St Paul’s, where it was time for some friendly competition.
Skill games, exciting challenges, and plenty of laughter quickly took over the day. It was the perfect opportunity to uncover a few hidden talents while sharing a different kind of experience—one where communication, teamwork, and good spirits were the real keys to success.
In our business, we know that trust is built every day. These informal moments contribute just as much to strengthening our team as the projects we deliver together.
4. Continuing the conversation over dinner at Côte Brasserie St Paul’s🍷
To round off the day, we came together for dinner at Côte Brasserie St Paul’s.
It was another opportunity to connect, reflect on the highlights of the past few months, and celebrate our team’s achievements together.

5. Ending the evening in great company at Cocktail Club Mansion House
The evening continued with drinks at Cocktail Club Mansion House.
It was the perfect way to unwind before the summer holidays, enjoying a relaxed atmosphere and great company.
After months of supporting our clients and candidates, taking the time to celebrate what we’ve accomplished—and to thank the people who contribute every day to the growth of our firm—is just as important as the work itself.
