There are teams.
And then there are those that turn a vision into reality.
In 2017, Emérique & Partners was born with just one person on board: me.
A micro-structure, a great deal of ambition, many doubts and a name that often puzzled clients and candidates alike:
“Why the “& Partners?””
My answer was simple: anticipation.
Anticipation of the future I envisioned for this company, despite success still being intangible at the time. Anticipation of a team that did not yet exist, but that I knew I wanted to build. And, quite honestly, anticipation of an entrepreneurial confidence I had yet to fully develop.

Eight years later, when I look around, I see far more than a company with employees.
I see:
