2. Secret Santa
Small Gifts, Big Smiles : No Christmas celebration would be complete without a Secret Santa and a Christmas jumper. Thoughtful, funny, and sometimes unexpected gifts brought plenty of laughter and reminded us that attention to others is at the heart of strong team relationships.
