Introduction
At Émérique & Partners, we believe that a team’s performance relies just as much on the quality of daily work as it does on recognising everyone’s individual contributions.
With this in mind, we launched our Lunch Club — a quarterly gathering designed to feed, quite literally and figuratively, internal cohesion, inspiration, and shared enjoyment.
For this new edition, Émérique, Justine, and Kévin treated themselves to a unique experience: a sky-high lunch followed by games and challenges with the rest of the team.
1. A Lunch at the Top: Lucky Cat Bishopsgate by Gordon Ramsay
Off to the 60th floor at Lucky Cat Bishopsgate, created by Gordon Ramsay and officially known as Europe’s highest restaurant.
Panoramic views, a sophisticated atmosphere, and Asian-inspired cuisine offered the perfect setting to gain perspective — both literally and symbolically.
This moment allowed the team to:
- step out of the everyday routine and draw inspiration from an exceptional setting,
- share an experience few places can offer,
- strengthen bonds beyond projects and deadlines.
A gastronomic interlude that also reflects our ambition: always reaching higher, together.
2. Game Time: Roxy Ball Room St Mary Axe
After this exceptional lunch, the atmosphere took a complete turn!
The team headed to Roxy Ball Room St Mary Axe for a session of duckpin bowling — a more technical (and more fun!) version of classic bowling — followed by a discovery of crazy pool, an original mix between mini-golf and billiards.
The result?
- a very (maybe too?) competitive spirit,
- a few championship-worthy strikes,
- and plenty of laughter, even during the less glorious attempts.
These playful moments are a reminder that team spirit also grows through spontaneity, fun, and simplicity
