Last Thursday, the Emerique & Partners team gathered for an evening full of laughter, creativity, and team fun. After several busy weeks, we took the time to unwind and literally carve out some fun together.
The Pumpkin Carving Workshop
We kicked off the evening at ArtPlay London (Shoreditch), where a pumpkin carving workshop awaited us. The hosts provided everything, pumpkins, tools, and stencils, so everyone could express their creativity freely: from classic Halloween faces to wild, abstract designs. (artplay.co.uk)
The activity allowed us to:
- Step out of the daily work routine and relax
- Spark creativity and informal, fun conversations
- Bring together both our technical and business teams in a light-hearted setting
It was simple but effective team building, we laughed, teased each other, took pictures, and left with our very own creations to proudly display.
Heading to the Bar
After the workshop, the team walked over to Tank & Paddle Bishopsgate, just a few minutes away from Liverpool Street. (tankandpaddle.co.uk)
The atmosphere was relaxed and lively, finger food, music and board games. The perfect setup to keep the evening going and enjoy quality time together.
This second part of the night was key:
- Encouraging informal chats
- Strengthening bonds between colleagues in a casual environment
- Reflecting our company culture: “We work hard, but we also know how to have fun.”
