This quarter, we want to spotlight someone who’s been resilient, hardworking, discreet, focused — and always brings a truly positive attitude.
She joined us just over a year ago and took on the challenge of developing something completely new: our contract market. 2024 hasn’t been the easiest year — especially when you’re starting a business line from scratch — but she’s powered through with grit, calm, and consistency.
In Q1, she pulled in several strong leads, closed a long-term contract, and got her clients to call back for more. She also made a permanent placement and continues to juggle both perm and contract — not an easy task, but she makes it look effortless.
What’s even more impressive? Every time she pulls a lead or a mission, she delivers relevant, high-quality candidates. Prospects and candidates genuinely enjoy working with her — we regularly get great feedback, and one client even asked to speak with Emérique directly just to say how happy they were with her work.
Building a market from the ground up is no small feat, and she’s absolutely smashing it. I tried to pin down which of our values she embodies most… but honestly? It’s all of them. She has all the key qualities needed to succeed, and now that the market is picking up, we’re just waiting for her to soar.
